Scott and his team were fantastic to work with. We had a not so fun job - fallen concrete leading to basement flooding, along with grading issues and a funky space to work with. Scott took his time working through solutions and adapted as needed, along with prepping things for future improvements. We appreciated the check ins and extras that they were able to provide. We are typically diy-ers but will certainly be using Modern Collar for those jobs that are too big and time consuming for us to handle.

I had these guys take care of some concrete work for me on a new construction home. It was the first time using a new company, and let me tell you, I have never seen a higher quality crew from start to finish. Scott and his sons, along with several other men, put a finish on the slab like I have never seen before. They all took the time to get it right and incredibly flat.
